You can create a custom product by using Create, our market-leading custom publishing website. Chapters can be selected from any McGraw-Hill book and supplemented with materials such as cases and research articles. You can also add your own material, such as subject outlines, special notes and student hints. Who is my sales rep?

You can find your local McGraw-Hill representative by using our rep locator. Simply select the division you are interested in and your location and a list of local contacts will be provided.

I would like to review a book for my course, what do I do?

Locate the title in our catalogue and click ‘request copies’ from the options on the right hand side of the screen, there is a short form to fill in to request your review copy. Alternatively, contact your local McGraw-Hill sales representative who will arrange to send you a copy.

I would like to use some chapters of a book, but not the whole book for my course. Can I do this?

Yes, you can do this using McGraw-Hill’s custom publishing platform Create™. Visit www.mcgrawhillcreate.com.au to see what you can create today!

How do I access instructor resources for my textbook?

Speak to your local McGraw-Hill sales representative to access digital resources related to your textbook.

I can’t remember my username and/or password for my instructor resources.

Click on the 'Instructor Edition' link in the grey box on the left side of the screen.

Click on Log In at the top right corner of the screen.

You will see a small pop up where you can click on the ‘Forgot your password’ link (under the Password box).

You will be taken to the following screen where you can access your details using the email address that you registered with. (Remember that email addresses are cAsE sEnSiTiVe.)

If you do not receive an email, the problem is most likely because:

  • you mistakenly entered an invalid email address when initially registering
  • the email may have been recognised as SPAM by your email system.

There are problems with the content of my book/digital resources (i.e. incorrect solutions). Who do I report this to?

For local (Australian) titles you can provide feedback to your sales representative or you can complete our feedback form. For American titles you need to log your issue with the online support centre.

I want to buy an eBook instead of a printed textbook, where can I do this?

All McGraw-Hill VET printed textbooks are available in eBook format. To order please contact your local sales representative.

How do I use my access code to download an eBook?

Your access code will be printed on a card which will contain vital information on how to download the eBook. The information will step you through simple steps to download your eBook. For any further assistance, please contact your local sales representative.
