Who is my sales rep? I would like to review a book for my course, what do I do? I would like to use some chapters of a book, but not the whole book for my course. Can I do this? How do I access instructor resources for my textbook? I can’t remember my username and/or password for my instructor resources. Back to top I can’t remember my username and/or password for my instructor resources. Click on the 'Instructor Edition' link in the grey box on the left side of the screen. Click on Log In at the top right corner of the screen. You will see a small pop up where you can click on the ‘Forgot your password’ link (under the Password box). You will be taken to the following screen where you can access your details using the email address that you registered with. (Remember that email addresses are cAsE sEnSiTiVe.) If you do not receive an email, the problem is most likely because: you mistakenly entered an invalid email address when initially registering the email may have been recognised as SPAM by your email system.
