Locate the title in our catalogue and click ‘request copies’ from the options on the right hand side of the screen, there is a short form to fill in to request your review copy. Alternatively, contact your local McGraw-Hill who will arrange to send you a copy.

How do I access instructor resources for my textbook?
Speak to your local McGraw-Hill to access digital resources related to your textbook.
I can’t remember my username and/or password for my instructor resources.
Click on the 'Instructor Edition' link in the grey box on the left side of the screen.

Click on Log In at the top right corner of the screen.

You will see a small pop up where you can click on the ‘Forgot your password’ link (under the Password box).

You will be taken to the following screen where you can access your details using the email address that you registered with. (Remember that email addresses are cAsE sEnSiTiVe.)

If you do not receive an email, the problem is most likely because:
- you mistakenly entered an invalid email address when initially registering
- the email may have been recognised as SPAM by your email system.

If you do not have a current Bookshelf account, it will prompt you to create one. Launch Bookshelf, and select ‘Update License’ from the Help menu. The digital support centre will aim to respond to your query within 24–48 hours of your request being logged.
